What happens after you contact us?
- Tell us which trek you are considering, your travel date, group size, and Sapa hotel if known.
- Contact us by WhatsApp or email. There is no automated card checkout on this website.
- We confirm programme availability and whether the selected trek fits your plans.
- You receive written confirmation of the final price, pick-up or meeting point, timing, and payment instructions (including the 30% deposit and balance due 7 days before departure).
- Guide and departure details are confirmed in writing by WhatsApp and/or email before departure.
