Su grew up in a Black H'mong village above Sapa and leads the countryside walk through Suoi Ho and Ma Tra. She shares indigo dyeing, farming seasons, and everyday village life from firsthand experience.

Guides are local residents, not agency staff flown in for the season. Intro walks and premium treks alike include guide fees in the quoted price. We keep groups small so everyone can hear, ask questions, and set a comfortable pace.
