How travellers review our walks
We link to verified review platforms where travellers publish their own ratings and comments. SapaTreks does not write or edit guest reviews — every quote and star rating lives on the platform where it was submitted.
How the brands relate
- SapaTreks is the specialist Sapa trekking brand on this website — paid intro walks and published valley programmes.
- Hanoi Travel Mate Co., Ltd. is the registered Vietnamese tour company that operates SapaTreks.
- The Hanoi Travel Mate Tripadvisor listing is a Hanoi-located, company-level listing — the current operator-level review destination. It is not a SapaTreks-specific review collection.
Where operator reviews are collected
SapaTreks is operated by Hanoi Travel Mate Co., Ltd., a registered Vietnamese tour company and a SANDEMANs New Europe partner for walking tours in Vietnam. Completed SapaTreks guests may leave an honest review on the Hanoi Travel Mate Tripadvisor listing. Those reviews belong to the operating company, not to a separate SapaTreks Tripadvisor page.

Related Hanoi free-walking-tour listing
The same company also operates Free Walking Tours Hanoi. That listing is Hanoi tip-based walking-tour proof. It is not Sapa trekking review proof, and paid SapaTreks guests should not use it as their review destination.
Free Walking Tours Hanoi on TripadvisorReview excerpts
We do not republish individual review text on this site — that would duplicate content travellers wrote on Tripadvisor. Follow the operator listing above to read full reviews in the travellers' own words, with dates and reviewer profiles.
How a review reaches this page
- You complete a SapaTreks intro walk or published trek with our team.
- After your trip, you may leave an honest review on the Hanoi Travel Mate Tripadvisor listing under your own account.
- Tripadvisor publishes the review independently of us.
- We link to that public operator listing here — we never edit or remove platform reviews.
Recognition and listings
- Operated by Hanoi Travel Mate Co., Ltd., a registered Vietnamese tour company.
- Hanoi Travel Mate is a SANDEMANs New Europe partner for walking tours in Vietnam. That partnership does not mean SANDEMANs endorses SapaTreks trekking programmes.
- The same company also runs Free Walking Tours Hanoi. SapaTreks products on this site are paid bookings with published from-prices.
Book a Sapa walk or trek
Choose a published programme, then send WhatsApp or email for written confirmation. After the trip, reviews belong on the operator Tripadvisor listing — not on this website.
How to leave a review
After a completed SapaTreks walk or trek, the current review destination is the Hanoi Travel Mate Tripadvisor listing. Mention the trek you actually did if that helps other travellers. Honest feedback is enough — we do not ask for a star rating or offer incentives for reviews.
