Sapa Trekking Tours: Prices, Routes & How to Book (2026)
Sapa trekking tours range from a half-day valley walk to a 2-day homestay trek, with an English-speaking guide included on every paid route and no online deposit required. This guide lays out which valleys each route covers, what is typically included, and exactly how booking works — no forms, just a short email conversation.

Main trekking routes we run
Most visitors start in Muong Hoa Valley — the corridor of rice terraces below Sapa town, in Lao Cai province (Vietnam National Tourism — Sapa). Our Half-Day Easy Trek follows Lao Chai and Ta Van at a gentle pace. The Classic Full-Day Valley Trek goes deeper into the same valley with more trail time and viewpoints — see our half-day vs full-day comparison if you're deciding between them.
For an overnight, the 2-Day Homestay Trek adds Giang Ta Chai, a Red Dao village, and a family stay — read what that night actually looks like. Summit seekers book the Fansipan Trek separately; it's a different kind of challenge, compared here.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to pay a deposit online?
- No. We confirm by email, and payment method and timing are agreed in your confirmation — there is no booking form or card payment on the website.
- Which trek is best if I only have one day?
- The full-day valley trek covers the classic Muong Hoa scenery in more depth. If you'd rather finish by early afternoon, the half-day trek visits the same villages at a lighter pace.
- Are rates per person or per group?
- Rates depend on route, group size, and whether you book a shared or private experience. Check the relevant tour page or email us for a written quote before you travel.
- Can I combine two treks in one trip?
- Yes — many guests pair a half-day or full-day trek with the 2-day homestay trek later in their stay. Mention both when you book so we can avoid repeating villages.
